Product looks top notch. Dry fitted the adapter to a SIM 2 & Mavrik driver head using the respective collars. Fit is perfect. In the process of looking for a driver shaft and can’t wait to install the adapter.
No proper after sales service.
I have been in love with the idea of this product for quite some time now and now that I am able to use it out on the course, I'm loving it even more. I have wanted to test so many drivers using my shaft because for me I know the shaft is a big factor for my game and I love the shaft I use. So I now can test out any new drivers along with any of my buddies to see if I like the head they have or not. Just an awesome feature that makes club fitting a whole lot easier for me! Plus I can just look at buying driver heads instead of worrying about buying the entire club!
Although I do like the product system overall, I have some very big concerns after using a few of the adapters.
My biggest issue was the spring (which acts as the threading) came out on one of the adapters. This was using the bolt provided by All-Fit as well as the torque wrench purchased from All-Fit. That spring/threading is the only thing holding the club head onto the shaft, and if it came loose during a swing, I would be out a club head or worse. From some quick research on the web, I’m not the only one that has experienced this.
My other concern is that I have found that on at least 2 club heads, the O position which is supposed to be dead neutral, doesn’t line up with the neutral setting on the club. On a PXG head, it lines up perfectly. On a SIM2 Max head, it will only install either on the + or - side of neutral. On a Ping G410 head, the same issue … it will not install dead neutral. This isn’t a deal breaker for most (or me), but don’t expect the shaft graphics to line up straight going from club head to club head. I haven’t tried any other heads yet, but I have to assume I will see the same issue.
I have contacted All-Fit regarding both of these issues/concerns. The response was to send pictures … which I did. I haven’t heard back since sending the pictures in. I’m really hoping to get a satisfactory response as I do believe this product has a lot of promise.
UPDATE: All issues … and I mean every single issue … have been addressed and resolved. Although there were indeed some things that needed to brought to attention, the customer support has been nothing short of fantastic (Thank you, Liam). In the end, there are some specific heads that need different length screws and there were some manufacturing errors with some of the collars, but all parts that I had issues with have been replaced. I must admit that the level of commitment to making sure the customer is happy is one the best in the entire golf industry.
Will there be issues with products in the future? Probably. But I have no doubt that whatever resolutions are needed are just an email away. This is truly a class act when it comes to customer satisfaction.
